My name is Lisa Delgado. I am a Personal Chef in Harpersfield, Ohio promoting Farm to Table foods to provide you with a unique menu for you family, business meetings, or events. I visit Farms and Markets all over Ohio to provide as much as possible to your plate.
I have worked in the past at The Hilton Columbus at Easton and P.F. Changs China Bistro. I started learning the joys of cooking healthy with fresh homemade ingredients and the benefits that it had for my family and me. I've done extensive research on the importance of how and what we eat breaks down and fuels our bodies. It's changed how I shop and prepare healthy meals for my family. When I moved from Columbus back to Geneva , my friends and family encouraged me to share my knowledge through cooking... hence, What's for Dinner? by lpd was born. I am committed to help you get healthy and most important, KNOW what your eating and where it comes from.

I grew up in the restaurant business. Both my parents are chefs. My mother is a graduate of The Culinary Institute in Hyde Park, N.Y. and my father is a graduate of The San Francisco Baking Institute and Napa Valley CIA. My family owned and operated various food businesses from my childhood until the present as I watched and trained under both of them. I went on in my career and was proud to be part of the opening of the 5 star hotel Hilton Columbus at Easton Towne Center in Columbus, Ohio where I was on a managerial level for over 5 years. I then went on to P.F. Changs China Bistro where I also a manager for 5 years. I earned my Serv-Safe Certificate ( food safety certificate) while working at P.F. Changs, continuing on to what I am doing today.
My Flavor profiles in cooking are Latin, Italian, Oriental , Pacific Rim and Mediterranean. I can travel any distance for a client. In Puerto Rico, I have a working Farm with Fresh Vegetables, Fruits and Meats to ensure my Farm to Table goes to my clients there as well.
Pairings, Wine and Culinary Center Grand Opening on June 21st, where I will be Teaching classes for Adults and Children, Will also be holding a one of a kind monthly Farm to Table Events that I created where my farmers participate in educating participants on eating and buying local. I am also a preferred caterer through Pairings for any Private Party, Wedding, Shower or Event.
